Return & Refund Policy – J15

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product was expired upon delivery.

Important Notes:

 

  • Returns or claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Our team will review your request within 72 hours and, if approved, will arrange for a reverse pickup.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.
